Created by ESI Monitor, FutureTracker offers award-winning corporate sustainability solutions and is a trusted partner for organisations to manage the risks and opportunities presented by climate change, and support them on their journey towards a sustainable future.

As part of our commitment, we will submit information about our operations in order to measure and track our environmental impact, with the aim of making improvements year on year. FutureTracker provides a comprehensive guidance library, a dedicated sustainability expert and access to the tools needed to successfully react and adapt to the climate transition.

Along with the introduction of FutureTracker, BDO Guernsey’s new premises at Admiral Park will be subject to the Building Research Establishment’s Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM), which is marketed as the world’s leading and most widely used environmental assessment method for buildings.

The structure will be accredited for energy performance and sustainability criteria, as we seek to minimise our impact on the environment.

BDO Guernsey’s Managing Director, Richard Searle, said: “The eco credentials of our new office will make it one of the greenest on the island, and we’re always looking for different ways we can better ourselves and reduce our carbon footprint. With the help of FutureTracker's cutting-edge tools, we will be able to effectively monitor, manage, and reduce our environmental impact.

“ESG is already an important part of what we do with our dedicated green team, who work hard year-round to ensure we are all taking tangible actions and promoting positive, lasting changes for a better future”.

Marc Laine, Managing Director at ESI Monitor Ltd, said: “We are thrilled to welcome BDO Guernsey on board. This collaboration represents a significant step towards putting sustainability at the core of BDO Guernsey's operations and pioneering sustainable practices in the financial services industry. We look forward to watching BDO Guernsey grow as they take the lead towards a sustainable future.”
