Shortly after qualifying, Kudzai moved from Johannesburg to join BDO Guernsey in 2017 and fell in love with the Island. As Senior Audit Manager in the Private Wealth and Fiduciary team, Kudzai assists the Directors and Managers to deliver audits in an efficient manner, in addition to training more junior staff members.
Kudzai believes it’s important to exceed each of her client’s expectations to guarantee that they meet their reporting deadlines and receive the best quality of service. She aims to understand every company that she works with which she does through frequent and open collaboration to benefit their project and openly identify potential areas for improvement which will in turn add value to their business.
