Stuart is an Executive Director of BDO Guernsey. He brings a global perspective to his specialism in audit and assurance work through his background of practising in the USA, Russia, and now, the Channel Islands.
Stuart specialises in the captive insurance and fiduciary sectors as well as in leading assurance projects for privately owned entities. On many cross-jurisdictional engagements, Stuart works alongside other BDO firms around the world.
Ensuring that clients receive the best possible service is always front of mind for Stuart. Clients who work with him experience a keen problem-solver who quickly interprets what is needed and takes an active role in leading the solution. In Guernsey, Stuart performs a second-partner role on many of the firm’s largest listed and public interest companies.
In addition, Stuart has obtained the Islamic Finance Qualification from the CISI and the Foundation Certificate in International Trust Management from STEP.
